| At present, the competition among corporations move to Supply Chain, Competition Advantage is a synthesized ability by the way of integrating the whole resource in Supply Chain. More and more corporations do their business by cooperating with others on Strategy. Wal-Mart, GE, DELL and TNT are the good examples to show how important Strategic Alliance is to manage their corporations.There are two viewpoints: first, Strategic Alliance can solve the problem caused by different targets in different corporations, it benefits the confirmation of core competitive advantage. Second, the complexity in environment lead to frangibility in Strategic Alliance, but Strategic Alliance as an outside resource, it's difficult to melt into corporations' competitive advantage. So, may be you will ask if there are some logistic relationship between strategic alliance and competitive advantage? If so, how can corporations get competitive advantage and keep it from strategic alliance?As a new competitive mode, strategic alliance is a way to get competitive advantage. By reviewing the pre-research, many researchers always do their research on the relationship between strategic alliance and competitive advantage from qualitative analysis, but a few from quantitative analysis. For this purpose, in this paper, supply chain integration is used to analyze the relationship between strategic and competitive advantage.By reviewing the pre-research, this paper takes three hypothesis and designs a logistic model among strategic alliance, supply chain integration and competitive advantage, uses SPSS and AMOS to analyze the data and logistic model.The innovations in this paper are:(1) Take a logistic model among strategic alliance, supply chain integration and competitive advantage.(2) Testify the logistic model by SPSS and AMOS.(3) Hope the conclusion in this paper can offer some help for corporations to do their business better and better. |
