An Empirical Study On The Impact Of Supply Chain Integration On Financial Performance Of Listed Companies

Along with market competition intensifying,the deepening of global economic activity,companies increasingly complex business environment,the competition in the space and scope to further expand,competitive way to shift between the supply chain.Market environment and competition mode changed,if the enterprise only rely on their own,to gain advantage in the fierce market more difficult.Supply chain management can make the enterprise to establish competitive advantage,and thus improve their competitiveness,optimizing the supply chain and supply chain integration play an important role.Supply chain integration to the market demand as the guidance,can improve the enterprise's ability to response market,increase the flexibility of enterprise and it has become the enterprises to improve competitiveness,good way to achieve good performance.This paper studies the supply chain integration with the company's financial performance,the relationship between the effective implementation of the manufacturing enterprise supply chain integration in China,and promote manufacturing enterprise financial performance in order to increase the competitive advantage of manufacturing has very important significance.This article uses the method of literature review and theoretical analysis,the scholar's research results and the theoretical basis of combing and summary,from the annual report and collect data in a relational database to quantify the relevant variables.In this paper,the research content mainly has the following six parts: the first chapter is introduction,mainly put forward in this paper,the research background,problem,research meaning,research contents and train of thought,research methods,literature review and innovation points.The second chapter is the definition and theoretical basis,to define the concept of supply chain and supply chain integration,and explains relevant theoretical basis.The third chapter is the theoretical analysis and hypothesis,first,analysis the influence of the supply chain integration on financial performance mechanism,and then from two aspects of supplier integration and customer integration hypothesis is put forward.The fourth chapter is the research design,the first to sample selection and data sources,and then to measure and define relevant variables,finally build the model.Fifth chapter selected manufacturing listed companies in 2009-2015 panel data as the research sample,through descriptive statistics,correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis,to study the effect of supply chain integration of the company's financial performance.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and management advice,according to the empirical analysis conclusion,for the enterprise and supply chain integration put forward the proposal to improve financial performance.In this paper,based on the empirical results come to the conclusion that four aspects: first,the supplier integration has a positive effect on the company's financial performance.Second,customer integration has a positive effect on the company's financial performance.Third,the impact of supplier integration of the company's financial performance there are significant differences between large and small enterprises,enterprise scale is adjust supply chain integration and the relationship between financial performance.Fourth,customer integration effects on the company's financial performance,there were no significant differences between large and small enterprises in the company size on the relationship between the supply chain integration and financial performance did not have a significant impact.Manufacturing enterprise must set up the concept of win-win cooperation,strengthen the integration with suppliers and customers,and considering the effect of the enterprise scale to supply integrated,combined with the actual status of the enterprises to make reasonable decision,effectively implement supply chain integration,to build long-term,stable and win-win situation in order to increase the competitive advantage of manufacturing in order to realize the long-term and healthy development of the manufacturing enterprise.Based on the analysis of the influence of the supply chain integration of the company's financial performance,using panel data to research,and to explore the regulating effect of enterprise scale situation factors,can enrich the theoretical system of the supply chain integration,to expand the research in the impacting factors of financial performance,this article research conclusion can for the enterprise managers to implement supply chain management and provide reference for management strategy.In this paper,there are some deficiencies,the future can continue to discuss the supply chain from the perspective of supply chain integration effects on the company's financial performance.
