Research On Green Food And The Development Of Shaanxi Agriculture

The production process of green food is green agriculture, green agriculture is the dominant mode and highest level, latest mode, best choice of modern agriculture in China. The agricultural production stations has been investigated in more than 50 counties of Shaanxi, the necessity and countermeasures was analysed for developing green food in Shaanxi in this study from 2005 to 2008.(1) Green food production should be the dominant mode of Shaanxi agricultural sustainable development, shaanxi has abundant natural resources which is the basis of developing green food.(2) Green food production has taken shape in Shaanxi province, which has outstanding regional advantage of agricultural industry.(3) Agricultural natural resources and ecological environment has been protected by developing green food, which also can exploit the regional advantage, promote the agricultural standardization, establish brand of Shaanxi agricultural.(4) It is worth to use the Shaanxi experience of the green food development nearly 20 years for reference, one is the green food production mode"company- agri-tech department-base-farmer" in main county, which greatly increased rice and plant oil industrialization level. The other is "yin qiao enterprise group", which play the leading enterprise role in helping other companies by industry management model of "company-base-farmer", it formed an integrative industrialization pattern of "farm-industry-trade" in cow feeding region.(5) Green food production follows sustainable development, which reduced production cost, improved product quality, increased added value of products, achieved a harmonious unity of ecological benefits, economic benefits, social benefits.(6) Our purpose is further establish green food production base,support leading enterprise, promote green food appreciation, development market, strengthen propaganda strength, expand influence, further promote green food production in Shaanxi province.
