Study On Sustainable Development Of Green Agriculture In Heilongjiang Province

In the new era, the agricultural foundation position was consolidated and strengthened to achievethe green agricultural sustainable development in Heilongjiang province, which is the inevitablerequirement to build a harmonious society and a new rural construction. This study analyzed theadvantages, impact factors, resource and environmental carrying capacity for green agriculturalsustainable development based on home and abroad green agricultural development experience inHeilongjiang province, the proposals and suggestions were put forwarded to develop green sustainableagricultural development in the new era in Heilongjiang province which had certain theoretical andpractical significance for the development of green agriculture in Heilongjiang Province.The agricultural economics, resource and environmental economics, sustainable developmenteconomics etc were applied to expound the green agriculture and sustainable developmental concept,connotation, nature, characteristics, which pointed out that the goal, task and significance of greenagricultural sustainable development in Heilongjiang province.The method of DEMATEL was applied to set up direct effect matrix in order to seek integratedeffect matrix according to20influencing factors of sustainable development of green agriculture inHeilongjiang province. The key factors of them were determined which were5factors of the farmersincome level, green food price, the level of consumer spending, support policy, awareness of food safetyfrom analyzing and seeing about degree of influence, degree of being-influenced and degree of centerfor every factor. Suggestions were put forward in order to accelerate sustainable development of greenagriculture in Heilongjiang province finally through analysis of the key influencing factors by thenumbers.The advantages were analyzed to develop green agriculture from the terrain features, land area,types of cultivated land, forest coverage, swamps, grasslands, lakes, rivers in Heilongjiang province, atsame time the theory of carrying capacity of resources and environment was applied to analyze greenagricultural sustainable development in Heilongjiang Province, which pointed out the views thatnatural resources and environmental conditions were suitable for the development of green agriculturebecause of exploitation late, short duration of cultivation in Heilongjiang provinceIncluding the lack of ecological awareness, the imperfect market system, lots of shoddy green food,low-tech, backward technology in green agricultural production, slow process in industrial development,the weak leading enterprises and others, the main problems were analyzed which have constrained thegreen agricultural sustainable development under the basis of analysis on the main factors in thesustainable development of green agriculture and the bearing capacity of environment and resource inHeilongjiang Province. The path selections were proposed which included policy options, technologyoptions and market choices for sustainable development of green agriculture in Heilongjiang province.It was important to accelerate the sustainable development of green agriculture in Heilongjiang province,the measures should be taken which contained improvement of policies and regulations, establishment of fiscal and financial support policies, the perfect system of green food management, innovation ofgreen agricultural technology, promotion of eco-agriculture, development of green industrial zones,increasing farmers’ income, establishment of leading enterprises of green food, implementation of brandstrategy, development of domestic and foreign markets, and improvement of green food market share.
