Over the past few years with the rapid economic development, people improve the standard of living increasingly, more and more people pay attention to their own life and health, and the pursuit of safety, nutrition food, so green food get rapid development space. As Fujian has comparative advantage and competitive advantage of traditional export products-green food, in the export sector accounts for larger share, for Fujian province to make great contribution to earn foreign exchange through exports. But after joining the WTO, the agricultural in international environment has undergone earth-shaking changes and in the face of all provinces and cities of green food exports of the rapid growth of the new situation, how the Fujian green food export into a higher tide, pursue advanced provinces and cities, and become an important subject of from Fujian province. Therefore, it is necessary to further analysis of Fujian province green food export development problems and take effective strategy, enhance market competitiveness, realizes the agricultural efficiency and farmers’ income.After reading relevant literature at home and aboard and research achievement, this thesis based on the theory of competitive advantage, directed by the theory of circular economics and sustainable development theory, to construct theory system and provide theoretical supports for green food’s export development in Fujian. This article focuses on combining theory and reality, which is for the development, builds around the problem of green food’s exports in Fujian, then thorough meticulous of research. Green food’s raw material bases is the important bases for thriving agricultural development in Fujian, it’s also important for exporting green food, economic and social progress Concludes with the green food’s development, finds some problems, analyses the green food’s development environment, presents method of development. First of all, focusing on the definition of green food, clarifying the feature, classification, which is different from the ordinary food. Next, analyzing the export status and the existing problems of green food in Fujian. Then, using a lot of facts and objective dates to analyze the factors which influence the development of exporting green food. At last, Basing on the actually need of exporting green food, government, industries, enterprises propose that promoting green food export growth in Fujian province, including provide financial support for green food industry, to strengthen cooperation and communication on both sides of the Taiwan straits, perfecting the green food’s supervision mechanism, organizing enterprises to deal with the technical barriers together, to strengthen the self-discipline of industries, building an international brand, training international professionals, advancing technical innovation. I hope this thesis can promote the smooth development and sustainable development of exporting green food, and make reference to cities which are exporting green food, this thesis also provides theoretical and practical basis for government’s decision-making department, which is in the development and implementation of the new rural construction of socialism.
