Research On Cost Estimation And Control Of Jiangsu Tiancheng Waste Water Treatment Project

With the deepening reform of Project management system, production forms and organization structure has changed deeply. The level of high and low of project management has become a core content in production management. Facing the vehement market competition, how to make the project profits maximization, how to provide the product of high quality and the work time to be shorter and price to be lower, therefore, project cost management as a project of the core content of construction management. In this paper, Jiangsu Tiancheng waste water treatment project cost management as an example, the waste water treatment project cost management process, cost estimation process, cost control processes to study and research.Carry out the related theory knowledge of project cost management to expound process of cost management estimation and process of cost control. Analyze flow of cost estimation, and do a case study of Jiangsu Tiancheng cost of waste water treatment projects. After analysis of the existence of the existing problem, give the corresponding cost control, and give the countermeasures and suggestions of relevant problem, for project cost estimation and control of waste water treatment to provide a reference. This paper illustrates the basic principles and methods of cost controlling, and the processes of cost control management, cost accounting and cost controlling. We analyze the cost accounting flows and the detail steps of waste water treatment project. Using these theories, we study the Jiangsu Tiancheng waste water treatment project as an example to analyze the flows of cost accounting. And we find that there are some problems of Jiangsu Tiancheng waste water treatment project, such as disorder of input, improper and serious imbalance of cost controlling. If there is not enough capital to fill the gap, these problems will delay the operation, and so as to effect the whole waste water treatment project. Aiming at these problems, based on the basic principles and methods of cost controlling, we propose that controlling the cost of the project from three phases, that is, the project preparation phase, implementation phase and estimation phases. Besides that, we also propose the methods of cost controlling, such as planning the cost according to the steps of project operation and standardizing the cost controlling. The engineering company reduces input of cost by cost controlling and accelerates the liquidity of capital. Cost controlling of engineering project ensures the smooth completion of the whole project to save the cost of the project, so as to improve the overall effectiveness of the engineering project.
