Study On Logistics Development Strategy Of Offshore Oil Construction Company

Using the relative theories, analysis methods and tools of development strategy and strategy management, this dissertation expatiates on the logical frame, course and method of the development strategy's selection, establishment, implement and control of construction company of COOEC (China Offshore Oil Engineering and Construction Limited Corporation).Firstly, the general developing situation and history of the construction company are analyzed. The theories related are given, including development strategy, strategy management, concerned analysis methods and tools, strategy measures, etc.Secondly, the analysis of the outside and inside environment of the construction company uses the trade chain and trade characteristics, as well as the comparison with the major competitors.Thirdly, adopting SWOT matrix analysis tool, the chance, threat, superiority and inferior strength which the construction company faces are listed clearly. On this foundation, the overall development strategy,low cost strategy and so on is defined.Finally, in order to realize the overall development strategy of the construction company, the particular plans are put forward, which include reform of company organization frame, improvement of investment plan, plot of product and trade chain, and strategy control measure.
