With the economic globalization and development of information technology ,the management of informationlization is becoming a major management strategy for the enterprises development and obtaining the competition disadvantage . ERP is an enterprise resource planning management system based on advanced management thoughts for computerizing manufacturing performance control and operation management pushed by full-scale planning ,and it is playing an important role at raising the management level and lowering the performance costs。But the success rate of the ERP projects is not so high, we get a lot of failure cases, even some cases is miserable lesson。This remind us that the road to the ERP success is full of risk .The ERP management must be scientific and we must take measure to control the risks。This thesis study the ERP project management and risk control based on Jianfeng Mining Co. Firstly, the thesis analyze the chance and challenge faced by Jianfeng Co.in the iron and steel industry and point out the necessity of carrying out ERP project, then the thesis analyze the current situation of general project management ,point out the particularity and risks of ERP project, and analyze project organization ,counseling and software selection etc in the early stage by studying Jianfeng Co. The thesis emphasize on studying the relation between ERP execution and BPR (business process refresh),and point out the BPR execution risk and risk control methods. Lastly, the thesis probe the control of data and train in the process of ERP Execution.Therefore the ERP execution will touch the process ,organization ,staffs of the ,even the culture of the enterprise, all those make ERP involve lots of non-determinacy and then will lead to the high risk.I hope the study of the thesis can be used as a reference in the ERP execution in the future to some extent. |
