The German vocational education has had outstanding achievement and attractedthe attention of all over the world. One of the important reasons is that Germany has asufficient quantity of vocational education teachers with excellent quality. Theenterprise training teacher, as an important part of German vocational educationteachers, is playing a big role in the teaching process of vocational education's practiceskill.In Germany, under the dual system of vocational education training mode, theenterprise training teacher who is engaged in the teaching of practical skills is mainlyactive in enterprise and cross-enterprise training centers. And the teaching level andquality is guaranteed by the enterprise training teacher's ability composition,knowledge structure, culturing process and evaluation system, in which the abilitycomposition and knowledge structure takes the key position. Regarding the abilitycomposition part, the current German laws and regulations have given explanation tothe requirement for the ability that the enterprise training teacher should have,including the personal ability, professional ability, expansion ability and educationappraisal innovation ability. Regarding the knowledge structure part, the'EnterpriseTraining Teacher's Ability Requirement'(AEVO) in Germany has made specificationin three aspects including the relevant knowledge of education, enterprise training andthe postgraduate examinations. The German enterprise training teacher evaluationsystem is the key to its quality assurance, and the enterprise training teacher's abilityexamination is the essential component in the entire German vocational educationassessment system, which is mutually connected, premised with the vocationaleducation intermediate stage examination, the completed apprenticeship examination,the graduation examination and the master examination to constitutes the system. Thispaper has finally given certain revelatory suggestion refer to Germany enterprisetraining teacher system, based on combination with current situation of China'svocational education development and focused on the present bottleneck of China'svocational education development that teachers'quantity is insufficiency and quality issomewhat low, as well as other sorts of malpractices existing in China's Enterprisetraining teacher profession development.
