With the growth of living improvement standards and people's healthy consciousness strengthens continuously, the consumption of drugs concept has always been changed . The reform of China's medical system is not only brings the development of Pharmaceutical enterprises' opportunity ,but also brings challenges. Since Pharmaceutical enterprises facing the variety of forms and the competitive environment beween domestic and international pharmaceutical enterprises , how to improve the core competencies of enterprise and make use of marketing strategy to better satisfy consumer's need to medicine product, whicn are directly related to the pharmaceutical enterprises in the competitive market position , it is also related to the survival and development of pharmaceutical enterprises.This paper through in the form of case, taking the Harbin Pharm. Group Sanjing Pharmaceutical Shareholding Co.,Ltd as the research object, which is introduced the basic situation of the company. Based on the Harbin Pharm. Group Sanjing Pharmaceutical Shareholding Co.,Ltd 's internal and external marketing environment, rival circumstance and the characteristics of pharmaceutical market consumer behavior , the paper which has described the the company's external macro environment situation , the current marketing conditions, including strategy of products, pricing, promotion and distribution . In this paper,we have also introudced the development of the company's marketing plan, including product planning, channel planning and sales planning. The article which based on the Companies' operating environment,analyzise the Harbin Pharm. Group Sanjing Pharmaceutical Shareholding Co.,Ltd's opportunities, threats and the product market prospects. Using the marketing 4 P theory, we have analyzise the company's marketing strategy and propose appropriate adjustment counterm easures.
