Research On The Developing Strategy Of Automobile Industry In China Based On Independent Innovation

The automobile industry has developed for more than 50 years, and it has made considerable progress, and it already became the important production department of the national economy. As the pillar industry of the national economy, the automobile industry took an important role to economic potentiality and international competitiveness of China. Since entered WTO, the automobile industry had rapid development in China, automobile's production and sales volume climbed high in successive years, China has become an big country of automobile consuming and producing, but not an stronger country of automobile. The essence of automobile industrial problem in China wasn't whether China can become the big country of automobile consuming and producing, but it lies at the point that whether China can become an stronger country of automobile with intellectual property rights and the independent brand. In the last few years the Chinese automobile industry obtained very big development, but compared with automobile enterprise of developed countries, there were a very big disparity.Independence-innovation is the model of the technology innovation. It is about the groups complete the whole process of innovation and achieve the key technology. The model of independence-innovation includes original innovation, compositive innovation, absorbant innovation. The independence-innovation strategy is the poor country strategy selection for improving.When making the policies,according to the technology accumulation and resources,the country should select the suitable innovation strategy.From the industry selection,the independence-innovation strategy is fit for the most important industry in one country.Theauto-industry has the characteristic of large-relation and scale benefit,it can improve the development of other industries.It has the important effectiveness for the entire industry system. But automobile industry's technological innovation ability was still weak in China, especially lacked the independent innovation ability, and this directly caused our country automobile producing enterprise to lack the core technologies and to lack the intellectual property rights and the independent brand seriously, and it is unable to form their own competitive advantage.Taking development trend of economics science and technology and the automobile industry of the world as the background, and taking automobile industry and the innovation system in China as the empirical study object, the paper has attempted to discuss and construct evaluating indicator system of automobile industry independent innovation ability in China, then used methods of principal components analysis and cluster analysis to carry on the appraisal, and argued vigorously to provide the policy-making reference for Chinese automobile industry's health and fast development and the enhancement of competitive power. From the aspect of setting up the independent innovation idea, constructing independent innovation system of automobile industry, improving investment environment of automobile industry and implementing innovation safeguard, the paper has provided the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion for enhancement of independent innovation ability's for Chinese automobile industry.
