Then China will probably become a country of advanced automobile industry.In the thesis by analyzing the current technology innovation condition about international automobile industry , reviewing the process of Chinese technology development, and comparing between Chinese automobile industry and foreign auto industry the author finds out the reasons why the independent innovation competent of Chinese auto industry is so low.The SWOT conclusion is educed based on analyzing the automobile product structure, automobile market, the latent entrant, opportunity, threat, weakness and strength. Define strategic idea and targets on the basis of the conclusion.Furthermore, the development mode of independent innovation of the automobile industry, the market direction and technology direction are defined in order to realize the strategic targets of independent innovation.Aiming at how to utilize the limited resource to improve independent innovation competence of corporations of automobile industry, this paper designs BP neural network model to evaluate the competence. Not only will it diagnose the weakness part about independent innovation of automobiles corporations, but also it can make the competence optimization by calculating again and again. Moreover, the evaluation model can offer the evidence on the decision-making for the government and automobile companies.To change the adverse situation, at last the thesis suggests the government and companies should adopt these measures including nine items such as perfecting independent innovation policy, constructing independent innovation system, implementing advantage tax tactic, carrying out various fund strategy and innovative human resource strategy etc.
