| With the development of private enterprises in our country over the past 3 0 years, there is increasing need for effective information of various kinds in their internationalization to meet challenges in market competition. Most of private enterprises are so weak on hunt for information because of their limited essence, which result in their blindness in internationalization. The government works as the greatest source of information for enterprises. In the course of adjusting the government's function towards the aim of a service government, the key is to focus on the function of information service and innovate the relative system. In fact, there is a gap between the demand and supply of information, and most information is not exploited thoroughly and used efficiently besides lack of ways to obtain information from abroad. So the assistance and support from government in search of information do help a lot in the internationalization of private enterprises.On the basis of related research into types, methods and obstacles in private enterprises' need of international information, the paper, based on the revision of relative theories both home and abroad and feedback datas from surveys like question nairs and direct interview, focuses on what the government can offer with a certain fixed quantity to meet the demands of enterprises in information service. With national and regional comparison in current situation of governmental information service to medium and small size enterprises between our country and developed countries, the paper analyzes both advantages and disadvantages of ours and attempts to define the elements of governmental information service system and to propose evaluation indicator with invented example analysis of electronic administration. Eventually, a number of creative countermeasures in our governmental information service for internationalization of private enterprises are proposed in the paper. |
