Impact Of Governmental Action On The Internationalization Of Private Enterprises

Three decades since reform and opening up, China's rapid development of private enterprises, to promote our country to become an important force for economic growth. China's accession to the WTO, a more open market has fundamentally changed our country private enterprises to carry out international operations of the environment in which more and more and more enterprises embark on the path of international operations. This is one of some private enterprises successfully completed this process, in the international market has made a brilliant performance, and some private enterprise has failed. What private enterprises in the internationalization process are faced with what kind of problem? At one of the Government also plays a role in what? Government actions for the international development enterprise in the end have little impact? How the Government can make good business Service international development?In this paper, the government's actions through the evaluation of selected indicators, empirical analysis of government behavior of enterprises in different countries the impact of international development. The results showed that e-governance, financing environment, intellectual property protection and the transparency of the four policies are the government's actions affect the degree of internationalization of the important factors, and control for corruption to enhance the degree of internationalization of the effects was not obvious. In this paper, drawing on government services of private enterprises in developed countries the development of international experiences and practices, summarized the internationalization of China's private enterprises, as well as the development process at this stage the main problems and obstacles, and finally for our country for government services of private enterprises to the development of international corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
