In recent years, most of the communication companies exist in the problem of excessive work stress in their emloyees. Hard stress results in difficult fully dedication to work and decline of work performance, eventually impacts on the overall performance of enterprises, and also has caused the negative sentiment and tounover, which probably brought operation and management difficult.Based on literature review, a questionnaire is used to investigate and estimate the current situation on the source of the stress, the consequence of stress and strategies dealing with stress. Through the investigation had found that the employees in the telecommunications industry have beared the excessive work stress and the stress has caused both physical and psychological damage which reduce the job satisfaction, the existing stress management strategies seems to be very Inadequate.Therefore, the strategies dealing with the stress, including the strategies on the source of stress, individual strategies and organizational strategies, are introduced. A corporate stress management system is designed and set up in Shenzhen XX campany, which is divided into three parts: work stress diagnosis mechanism, the early-warning mechanism and work stress retaining mechanism. The system has run for three months and proved to have obvious effect in stress control.In this paper, not only the survey of stress is conducted which offered the basis of strategies, but also a stress management system is designed and run to prove the effectiveness of the strategies, which is indeed effective and has brought a lot of interests and gains both for the employees and enterprises.The conclusions has put forward the thinkings and strategies for reducing work stress and improving employee satisfaction, which has some reference value for the human resources management in the telecommunications industry.
