Under the market background of the frequently updating and renewing of theproduct and increasingly fierce competition today, the success or failure of enterprisecompetition depends on the comprehensive strength of the enterprise. Secondly, the paper made adeep analysis on existing problems of culture building in Water Co., Ltd. in the City ofZhuzhou, and then based on the result of data analyzing from questionnaire survey, thispaper put forward the principles and requirements of culture building for Water Co.,Ltd. in the City of Zhuzhou.
