The Research On The Generic Technological Innovation Of SMEs In Hubei Province

SMEs (small and medium enterprises) are an important part of the national economy; the development of SMEs can't be without the generic technology and the generic technological innovation. There is a big gap between SMEs in Hubei Province and the developed coastal provinces in the element of number, technical level and competitiveness. Promoting the generic technological innovation of SMEs in Hubei Province has the reality significance for enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises in Hubei Province, Promoting industrial upgrading and industrial restructuring and advancing the Hubei Province regional economies development and the environmental protection .etc. SMES are a big proportion of Hubei enterprises, the standard of generic technology is backward, the diffusion of generic technology is slow, and the demand of generic technical is great, but the ability of independent innovation is insufficient. In order to promote SMEs generic technological innovation in Hubei Province, the enterprise and Government should play an active role in their own, insisting that the market competition and the policy guidance are unified, the technology acquisition and the independent innovation are unified, the key breakthrough and the comprehensive promotion are unified, respecting intellectual property rights and realizing win-win are unified.
