According to the requirements of China Petrochemical Corporation, Jinan refineries reform its distribution system through job evaluation, the creation of new jobs wage system during July to September, 2003. This text contacts enterprise's reality closely on this basis, from analyzing enterprises especially state-owned enterprise salary system manage the current situation, existing problem and face the market environment to start with, set up and improve the salary distribution system that meet the needs of modern enterprise system and carry on research and explore to how market economic system goes to the state-owned enterprise. The purpose is for drawing the advanced salary theory, the experience of management that use enterprises for reference and succeed, introduce the overall salary idea and labour market price mechanism, set up the salary system taking post as the leading factor to stress the post is contributed and the performance check and rate.This thesis analyzes the problem that the current salary system exists at first, diagnose salary investigation and question, propose reforming the thinking, design the system structure of the salary; Then elaborated the post salary design, including the work analysis, the establishment post instruction booklet, the post evaluates after testing to completes a post firewood salary the design; Next to the design of the salary of performance, the performance was checked and rated, the design of welfare and other salary has been described; In the component of the salary system of the salary, have described the management of all kinds of salary respectively; In order to guarantee the implementation of the salary system, also analyzed the factor influencing the scheme to implement and ensured the measure finally, and the direction of improvement.The thesis has described the salary system "Thinking -Design -Implement" the whole course of procedure.The salary management system is a closed circulation system, you can adjust the outcome of the evaluation, performance interviews, the results of audits result of the test means the application of the system gradually maturing and improving.
