Marketing channel are concrete channels or paths of goods' and services' transferring process from producers to consumers,whose success or failure directly determines whether the enterprise has a unique core competitiveness,and whether the enterprise can long-term develop in the face of fierce market competition and the rapid development of information technology.Therefore,how enterprise starts from marketing channels,expand market share and win more profit space has become the focus issue.For pneumatic products manufacturing enterprises,the marketing channel is the most subtle of all the factors of marketing,which is complicated and difficult to control.And the marketing channel is the important factor of accumulating competitiveness.Only construct the flexible marketing channels according to the characteristics of pneumatic products can the pneumatic enterprises be promoted well.Taking FC Company as the object,this paper studies the marketing channel construction of pneumatic product manufacturers.Firstly,it analyzes the marketing channel construction environment of FC company,including the characteristics and development trend of China's pneumatic industry market and the situation of competitors.Secondly,it analyze the FC company marketing channel construction situation and find out the problem,and has put forward the solution of problem of FC company marketing channel through the SWOT analysis method,including how to optimize the structure of marketing channel,how to solve the problem of channel conflict,how to improve the incentive mechanism of channel system,etc,.And the paper has also put forward the marketing channel management controlling measures.This paper aims to open wider pneumatic products sales road for FC company,to expand its market share,and to take an impregnable position in the Chinese market.I also look forward to providing beneficial reference to strengthening the industry marketing channel in this paper.
