After joining the WTO, Chinese enterprise has faced fierce competition in the market situation and the competition for talent,How to make the income distribution system scientific, standardized, reasonable and effective, but also fully embodies the principle of "giving priority to efficiency. giving consideration to fairness "principle of distribution according to work .How to make the staff agree with the fairness of pay , thereby creating a sense of satisfaction and confidence of the organization, are a big challenge facing human resources management. Job Evaluation reflects fair pay, though control the process of job evaluation, we can fully play the role of job evaluation, and encourage their employees to establish the awareness of pay equity. Based on Z foreign trade companies as an example, linking theory with reality, analyzed the problems existing in Z foreign trade companies pay management systems, and systematic studied how to adjust Z foreign trade company in post evaluation programFirst, this paper combined with the macroeconomic environment of the trade vocation, analysis the general condition of the company and human resource condition ,then take strategic analysis comprehensively to the company using the SWOT facility, then expatiate the necessary of implementing the job evaluationSecond, this paper analysis the company current compensation system, though designed- investigate questionnaire, it investigate and analysis the demand level and satisfaction of all the employees, and disclosed some certain problems of the current salary system in inner and exterior equity. Especially in the inner equity only via job evaluation, can it re-appraisal and adjust to the comparative value of all posts .Third, this paper combine the character of the trade vocation, at last confirm the appraisal way and appraisal elements of the job evaluation when Z trade company was implemented job evaluation. According to the basic fundamental of the job evaluation, take job evaluation to all the posts of the company, make sure the comparative values of them. Consequently provide with some consulting evidences in order to confirm the post salary for the company compensation system.Last. according to the effects of job evaluation adjust project in the salary system ,this paper bring forward some corresponding countermeasure and suggestions which are presented for establishing the new compensation system.
