The success and satisfaction from work can bring material and spiritual happiness to people. Happiness is a tremendous power. It enables employees devote their efforts to work and love their work. Thus, the organizational commitment will become employees'conscious action to make more efficient and productive. These show the mutual support and return relationship of work and happiness. The research studies the theories of employees'happy needs and happiness administration. Through analyzing aspects which influence employee happiness, this research brings forward some models to support organizational happiness management. They are: Employee Happiness Influential Aspects Tip Model, Employee Happy Needs Model, and Employee Happiness Administration Model.Firstly, the research brings forward its purpose and main content after introducing some achievements related to employee happy needs and happiness administration. It discusses basic theories of Employee Happy Needs and Happiness Administration from theories related to employee needs, motivation and achievement, leisure to Hexie Management Theory. It analyzes employee needs fun, leisure, and harmony. The aspects which influence employee happiness including: macro and social economic environment, personal economical foundation, value attitude, family-work balance, personal destination, hobbies and fun, and human relationship. All these aspects compound Tip model influence employee happiness. Then it gets an employee happy needs model through concluding reasons which contribute to employee happiness or unhappiness. Employee happiness includes five needs: safety, affiliation, growth, fun, and achievement. From the research all above, it discusses a Happiness Administration model which is a management model transferring employee happy need to management responsibilities. This model will help employee to work happy, and to improve productivity and creation. Happiness Administration is a manage model based on employee needs. It focuses on employee harmonious development from body to heart, material to spiritual. It needs to be practiced and improved.
