Research On The Impact Of Human Resource Management On Performance Of Logistics Enterprise

Logistics industry is full of competition in China.There are both top 100 enterprises with standardized management,extensive network coverage,technologically advanced operations,and also a huge number of small-scale firms with weak profit.Logistics enterprises' managers generally recognized that whether the high-level professional logistics personnel,or a lower level of frontline workers and drivers have great significance for the operation of enterprises.Thus it is particularly important to improve logistics enterprise performance through HRM.HRM in logistics enterprise is an important research field of logistics enterprise management.It integrates logistics management with HRM.Besides "information technology" and "process management",HRM is an important element to affect the performance of logistics enterprise. The aim of this paper is to research the relationship between HRM and performance of logistics enterprises and their relativity,which helps managers comprehending the complication in the HRM systems,and then they can improve the promotion of HRM to their enterprises' performance by systems' method.This paper begins with practice of HRM in logistics enterprise in our country,combining with characteristics of logistics enterprise, establishing its performance evaluation indexes based on balanced score card,selecting the logistics enterprise performance evaluation indexes related to HRM.Through building the model of HRM affecting enterprise performance,it analyses the function mechanism and process of that.At last,according to existing problems in HRM of logistics enterprise now, this paper puts forward some countermeasure and advice for reference.
