Credit card,as a new integrated financial payment,has developed for 20 years in the Chinese market.It is a combination of traditional financial services and modern information technology.Its development will be conducive to meet the expanding consumer demand,sustain economic growth and promote the development of trade,tourism,e-commerce and upgrade industry.After 20 years of cultivation and development,China's banking card industry is gradually entering the stage of rapid development.However,due to lacking of market experience guidance of mature theories,bank card industry is also relatively immature;it has encountered many difficulties and obstacles.In particular,the development of the credit card,compared with the entire banking card industry,is still lagging behind,which is a very serious bottleneck.China is transforming from "cash payment era" to the "VISA era".The development of the credit card market has great potential in china and may be experiencing explosive growth. Competition in the credit card market has become increasingly fierce.However,credit card industry is an emerging financial management in china,whose customer satisfaction is relatively low.According to survey,only a high degree of customer satisfaction can lead to high economic benefits.This paper has summarized relevant customer satisfaction theories as its basis,further enriching the theory to introduce customer satisfaction analysis,attempting experimental analysis of customer satisfaction test.Through question nary survey,it has access to reliable information,building a model of customer satisfaction measurement to analyze the level of customer satisfaction.It is targeted to enhance customer satisfaction by various marketing strategies.Therefore,it is of great important significance in practice.
