Along with the rapid economic development of our country, The credit card issuedare rapidly increasing in recent years, Domestic bank card business is competingintensified, the time of Credit card expansion is coming. Chinese consumers, especiallythe younger generation of consumption group deficit spending consciousness in theunceasing strengthened, and the credit card industry chain also gradually mature, creditculture began to form. see From the current development situation,the credit cardindustry is in growing up of development, the real credit card customers is only morethan100million, is far from to maturity。Due to the reform of the banking sector,domestic and foreign banks have been offering various forms of credit card, to get abigger share of the Chinese market, the credit card market is increasingly competitive, inthis context, the customer has become the most valuable asset and important source ofprofits, how to attract and retain customers, the Bank is concerned, the credit cardindustry has become more sophisticated, the improvement of customer satisfaction canbring high benefits to the enterprise, so the research on customer satisfaction is veryimportant.The credit card has now become China’s residents most frequently used non-cashpayment instruments, but when the credit card bring convenience to the people, creditcard users are still facing with many problems that affect the credit card customersatisfaction.So far,there are many researches on Bank customer satisfaction, but the researchon credit card customer satisfaction is very few. In this paper, based on summarizingrelated theory of customer satisfaction, bring the theory of customer satisfaction intocredit card field, with the construction bank credit card customers as the research object,raise some possible influence factors of credit card customer satisfaction, through aninvestigation, and analyze the collected data through using SPSS software. The reliabilityanalysis, validity analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis. Study the influencefactors of customer satisfaction of construction bank credit card, Sums up the influencefactors, study Importance degree about those factors. So as to put forward theimprovement suggestions. The results of the study show that, convenience and safety on credit card is thebiggest impact factor on customer satisfaction, then the core of the credit card andinnovation service, precisely credit card itself. Through the study, determine areas inneed of improvement to improve credit card customer satisfaction, improve credit cardcustomer satisfaction goal-oriented, it has very important practical significance.
