In the context of financial innovation,China is facing the needs of economic transformation and upgrading and high-quality development.It is also further expanding its opening up and accelerating innovation of China.In China credit card market has played a huge role in stimulating domestic demand and consumption.The main performance growth point of credit card installment business for commercial banks is that the mainstream user groups of banks are changing and the product upgrading is accelerating.In the new environment,whoever owns more users will occupy the market leading power.Only by grasping the core demands of users and optimizing the product body of users The experience ability occupies a place in the fierce competition.Customer satisfaction with credit card installment business is very important for commercial banks.This paper chose credit card business of S Bank segment-credit card installment business as the main research direction,and s Bank' s credit card installment customers as the main research object.Based on Kano satisfaction model,five key factors affecting the customer satisfaction of credit card installment are selected,which are product factor,service factor,enterprise factor,emotion factor and value-added factor.By using qualitative and quantitative research methods,collecting data through questionnaire survey,and using SPSS 25.0 survey data for correlation and regression analysis,we can get the functional correlation between the five main influencing factor's and customer satisfaction,in order to find out the main factors affecting s Bank' s credit card installment business satisfaction and get the promotion strategy.This study found that product factors,service factors,enterprise factors,emotional factors,value-added factors and credit card staged business customer satisfaction has a positive correlation.From the five aspects of "product innovation,customer experience,marketing management,brand building,preferential channels",this paper puts forward the focus direction of s Bank's credit card installment products,and lists the operable targeted measures and improvement suggestions.
