Research On Foreign Exchange Management Mode Of Our Country's Transnational Enterprises

As the economic globalization is speeding up, transnational operations become a strategic choice for our country's enterprises. However, with the sharp growth of foreign exchange operation and increasing frequency of RMB exchange rate fluctuation, transnational enterprises face more uncertain factors and exchange risks, which bring forward a higher demand to their exchange management level. Under this background, this thesis has strived to explore a set of exchange management mode which is operable.On the basis of studying the development course of our exchange control system and the state of financial supporting services, the thesis analyzes the current situation of exchange management of our transnational enterprises, and points out the problems existing in their management from two angles of outer environment and internal mechanism separately. Aiming at these problems, the thesis structures a"pyramid"of transnational enterprise's exchange management mode and expands exchange management function in a visualized form. The thesis has clarified the key function of the information system as"core of the pyramid", presented the systematized procedure of operation managing system, risk monitoring system, and supervising system as"bottoms", and emphasized the importance of evaluating system as"top". At last, the thesis puts forward the supplementary measures that can guarantee effective run of the"pyramid"mode, which is explained from the following three respects: macro-environment, network construction, and human capacity building.
