Based on the development theory of industrialization and green food industrialization, sustain development, the green food industry in Shandong province, including development actuality, collectivity development currency, classified product development currency and regional development comparison analysis were summarized and analysized by the methods of paper consult, field investigation, questionnaire survey and data analysis in this paper.The study showed that there were eight problems of the green foods industry in Shandong province. They were: 1. the unbalance of industrialization development, 2.marketing development far behind industrialization development, 3.the less propaganda of whole industrialization, 4.the lack of norm for sign supervision, 5.administration and the technology service network imperfect, 6.the advantages of industrialization not enough obviously and lack of integration, 7. inadequate political support,8.the lack of related projects. In light of these problems, this study gives rectification measures on the green food industry development in Shandong Province as follows:1. Strengthening publicity, and strengthening awareness of green food. It is necessary to fully utilize various media, extensive publicity, to enhance the public's awareness of green food production and consumption, so that the government departments, enterprises and producers fully understand that green food industry is the direction of development of modern agriculture, and also is the important way of raising the level of food quality and safety.2. Strengthening the construction and norm of green food production bases. Agricultural administrative departments at all levels in the province, the production enterprises and farmers should enhance their understanding. When adjust the structure of agricultural products quality, we should build high-standard green food production bases strictly in according to green food production technology requirements.3. Increasing the intensity of studies and promotion of technology. The government should set up special funds to encourage and support universities and "R&D" institution in researching, developing new technologies and new products, and transforming new technology. The government should promote and apply green food production technologies vigorously.4. Continuing to expand the scale of processing product. Processed products have much development room and potential in the green food industry in Shandong Province. It is necessary to direct green food industry to the existing scale, the Group and industrialization, and break ownership, administrative region and industry boundaries. The green food processing group of leading enterprises should be set up to enhance market competitiveness in Shandong Province in according to the ecological environment and regional economic.5. Speeding up the development and promotion of production materials special use for green food. We should actively make development and certification of production materials for the green food, including fertilizer, pesticides, and veterinary drugs, feed, feed additives and food additives special for green food.6. Perfecting green food market system and increasing marketing development. On the basis of fair competition order in the market, we should know overall planning and keys and vigorously exploit domestic and foreign markets to establish and perfect the green food market system gradually.7. Expanding financing channels and establishing a diversified investment mechanism. A lot of capital input was required for green food industry development. We should fully mobilize all aspects of the strength and enthusiasm for investment to establish a diversified, multi-level and multichannel funding system.8. Implementing overall brand strategy and building green food brands in all directions. We should unite large green food production enterprises, and also encourage and guide them to implement green brand strategy. We should build green food brands in all directions with China brand, leading national agricultural industrialization enterprises and other well-known enterprises as carriers.9. Taking the food safety work as an opportunity to standardize the implementation of the market access system. Market access system should be implemented in Shandong province in order to improve the market competitiveness of the green food industry. 10. Building and strengthening the linkages between green food industry and ecological agriculture. The development of green food industry in Shandong Province should make full use of eco-agriculture construction achievements and realize rational allocation of resources in order to complement each other and promote each other.11. Increasing policy support and macro-control efforts, and creating a sound environment for development. We should improve the macro-control system and reform of the management system in order to establish suitable macro-control system for green food industry. The system should be organic combined direct and indirect regulation and make indirect regulation main.12. Perfect socialized services and improving the guarantee system of the green food industry. We should found the authoritative and serving-to-agricultural institute to administrate green food industry. We also should perfect agriculture science and technology promoting system and agricultural information network system. All of these measures may ensure healthy and sustained development of the green food industry in Shandong Province.
