Study On The Evaluation Of Urban Land Intensive Utilization In Guanzhong Agglomeration

In recent years, with the rapid development of the city, the city’s limited land supply cannot meet the needs of the rapid development of urban land needs, urban land use issues facingenormous difficulties. Currently, Limited urban land resources, extensive use of urban landresources determine the importance of the use of urban land intensive research.This article using qualitative and quantitative methods to explain the meaning of urbanland use, to analyze results that natural environment, man-land relationship, technical level,the level of economic development, policy and systems are the factors that affect the level ofintensive use of urban land. The article tried to set up an index system of land intensiveutilization level from land investment intensity, land utilization extent, land use efficiency,sustainable land development. Using Principal Component Analysis method to analyze thecharacteristic of time and area variability in Guanzhong cities. In terms of time, the level ofintensive use of urban land had a tendency to fluctuant rise, different cities had different levelof intensive use of land in different time periods. From2003to2010, the urban land intensiveutilization level of Xi’an was the highest, then was Xianyang, Baoji, Weinan, Tongchuang. Interms of space, intensive use of land was divided into several parts level by using axis method,including the extensive use,low intensive use, general intensive use, moderate intensive use,and highly intensive use. This article concluded a division table of urban land intensiveutilization level from2003to2010. Intensive use of land in Guanzhong cities took Xi’an asthe center, and Xianyang, Baoji was significantly higher than Weinan, Tongchuan.Finally, learning from the experience and inspiration of foreign land intensive use, putforward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Such as develop intensive land uselaws and regulations, make the most use of the land market mechanism, strengthen the meansof intensive land use, standardize government land management practices.
