Research On Methods For Evaluation Of Saving And Intensive Use Of Construction Land

With the rapid development of economy and the process of city speeding up, intensive utilization of construction land have become prominent increasingly. In this context, the evaluation of saving and intensive use of construction land and the transformation of mode of land use has directive significance to land use sustainably. In November2008, the ministry of land resource issued a standard for evaluation of saving and intensive use of construction. After that, the evaluation of intensive use of land for each city in our country is guided by this standard. So the evaluation work become more and more theoretical and standardization. But because of the complexity and particularity, the means and methods of evaluation are explored.Based on fully knowledge with the comprehension of saving and intensive use of construction land, this paper established a complete set of index system for evaluation of intensive use of construction land by collecting related information and data about intensive use of land, combined with field survey according to the characteristics of construction land itself. The paper use computer technology and geographic information system and several mathematical model to evaluate construction land quantitatively. Considering the characteristics of construction land, the multi factor method and principal component analysis are described and research.This paper takes the regional construction land of Hefei as evaluation objects and the writer collects the relevant social and economic statistical data and land use data. Based on the analyses of Hefei’s natural resources, economic development and construction land usage, the paper uses multi factor comprehensive evaluation and principal component analysis method to evaluate its land intensive utilization. After evaluation, the usage of construction land in Hefei is achieved. This paper also propose some suggestions to construction land intensive utilization to promote the use level of construction land in Hefei.
