The main purpose of this research which is basically bent on the factor converting by grading the number and quality of adding arable land is associating the number and quality of adding arable land to it's gradation and making a factor converting according to the principle of non-reducing the comprehensive of agricultural production capacity,utilizing the gradation results of agricultural land classification,achieving the balance of quantity and quality and increasing the quality of adding arable land,ensuring the food security and the proportion at the same time.After utilizing the gradation results of arable land and the mathematic regression model and associating the number and quality of adding arable land to it's gradation,the converting method of production gradation which is based on the applying of indexstandard grain is put forward and the relation model of index of standard grain production and applying in Hubei province is established.Besides,by guiding the index of applying and average gradation into the model,the production of standard grain in every applying gradation is figured out,a standard grain output of paddy fields-use-grade index model and the use of dry land grain production standards-use-grade index model are established respectively and the preparation of conversion table and conversion method is worked out also.The conclusion of this research is listed below:1.The agricultural land use of Hubei province(use-grade of index) and standard basic grain production are in line with the normal distribution of data,the further regression analysis deduced the correlation coefficient between use-grade index and the use of food standards is r=0.94,which has a high fitting and reached significant levels.2.By the modeling of correlation analysis and statistical analysis,one linear regression model of agricultural land grain production and use of standards of Hubei province is established,and based on this achievement,standards grain yield paddy fields-use-grade index model and the use of dry food standards Yield-use-grade index model ared established also.The paddy field and dry land grain production standardsuse-grade index models compared similarly,it shows that the production capacity of paddy fields and dry land in Hubei province is decreased along with the decreasing of using gradation,the tread is consistent in the mass.3.By establishing the one linear regression model of agricultural land grain production and use of standards of Hubei province,corresponding relationship of using gradation and standard grain production is worked out,according to the accounting method of gradation converting coefficient and applying the standards grain production of occupied arable land/adding arable land,the gradation converting coefficient of adding arable land in Hubei province is calculated.Then,by using the model of paddy field and dry field,the gradation converting coefficient of adding arable land in classified land is also calculated.In the end,converting coefficient table of adding arable land is worked out.4.By analyzing the changes the converting coefficient of adding arable land in Hubei province,when the gradation of occupied arable land is stable(between 2 to 21),the converting coefficient is increasing by gradation increase between occupied arable land and adding arable land.When the different of gradation between occupied arable land and adding arable land is stable(between 1 to 4),the converting coefficient is increasing by gradation decrease of occupied arable land with a gradually increase range.5.By analyzing the changes the converting coefficient of adding arable land(paddy field) in Hubei province,when the gradation of paddy field which is within the occupied arable land is stable(between 3 to 21),the converting coefficient is increasing by gradation increase between occupied arable land and adding arable land.When the different of gradation between occupied arable land and adding arable land is stable(between 1 to 4), the converting coefficient is increasing by gradation decrease of occupied arable land with a gradually increase range.By analyzing the changes the converting coefficient of adding arable land(dry field) in Hubei province,when the gradation of paddy field which is within the occupied arable land is stable(between 2 to 21),the converting coefficient is increasing by gradation increase between occupied arable land and adding arable land. When the different of gradation between occupied arable land and adding arable land is stable(between 1 to 4),the converting coefficient is increasing by gradation decrease of occupied arable land with a gradually increase range.When the different of gradation between occupied arable land and adding arable land is stable,the range of converting coefficient change in dry field is greater than the range of padding fields'.Try the best to renew the same type of arable land in the occupy and adding balance is propitious to ensure the production of arable land.
