Study On Financial Behavior And Enterprise's Sustainable Development

There is an intimate relationship between financial behavior and an enterprise's sustainable development. To achieve continuous development, financial support is absolutely necessary. An enterprise' survival and considerable achievements lie on whether the financial behavior is effective.The aim of this paper is to find the way to optimize financial behavior from the view of the sustainable development of enterprises. Based on the analysis of relationship between financial behavior and an enterprise's sustainable development, this paper points out the problems existing in the financial behaviors of our enterprises and puts forward measures for financial behavior optimization.This paper comprises six chapters. Chapter One is forward, it introduces the backgrounds and significance, the status of domestic and overseas research and the frames of this thesis. Chapter Two sets out the theories about financial behavior and sustainable development and analyze the relationship between them. Chapter Three analyzes the problems existing in our enterprises, the cause of them and the negative effects on sustainable development. Chapter Four advances the countermeasures to those problems from the view of sustainable development. Chapter Five suggests some safeguard measures for scientific financing and sustainable development. Chapter Six summarizes the main ideas of the paper.
