Financial strategy is an important part of enterprise strategy,which affects the financial status and business performance.With the continuous segmentation of the market,the competition of leisure clothing industry is more fierce.Effective financial strategy can help enterprises to allocate financial resources reasonably,so as to provide continuous financial support for various investment activities and production and operation of enterprises,and help enterprises to improve their financial situation and operation performance;on the contrary,unscientific financial strategy can easily lead to low return on capital investment,unreasonable capital structure and low efficiency of resource allocation.Therefore,the establishment of a sound financial strategy and safeguard measures is an important condition to support clothing enterprises to achieve sustainable growth.This paper takes Metersbonwe as the research object,on the basis of combing the relevant theories and documents of financial strategy,based on the sustainable growth model,using the data and materials provided by the annual report of the enterprise,analyzes the problems in Metersbonwe financial strategy,and finds out the deep-seated reasons behind the financial strategy problems.Through the research,we find that the sales growth rate of Metersbonwe is larger than the sustainable growth rate,and the growth is unbalanced.Then it analyzes the problems in the financial strategy of Metersbonwe,and finds that the reasons behind the financial strategy problems are the strategic positioning of the enterprise,that is,the brand positioning of Metersbonwe is not clear,the investment in product research and development is insufficient,and the lack of innovation.Therefore,based on the concept of sustainable growth,this paper puts forward optimization countermeasures and safeguard measures,and draws fourconclusions: first,the formulation and implementation effect of financial strategy will change with the change of internal and external environment,and enterprises should adjust financial strategy in time according to the change of business environment.Second,financial strategy is not a slogan.It is the core of the company's overall strategy and runs through all aspects of the enterprise's operation.Thirdly,the concept of sustainable growth and financial strategy interact with each other.Fourth,the relationship among financing strategy,investment strategy,operation strategy and distribution strategy in financial strategy is not separate,they complement each other.Through the research of this paper,the purpose is to find out the problems and causes in the financial strategy of Metersbonwe,in order to improve the financial strategy of Metersbonwe to identify the brand positioning,enhance the level of research and development and brand innovation,maintain market competitiveness,improve the financial situation and business performance.It is hoped that the research of this paper will be helpful to promote the research of the financial strategy theory of garment enterprises,and try to provide some reference for the optimization of financial strategy of garment enterprises.
