Study On Non Coal Business Development Of Shanxi Jizhong Energy Mining Group

Coal industry is a resource-based industries, is the main body of China's consumption of energy and has continued to express increased. But coal is a non renewable resource, and the development of coal industry on the ecological environment caused great destructive, so for the coal resources based enterprises, the development of non coal industry is imminent. In this environment, Shanxi Jizhong Energy Mining Group took the lead out of the development of non coal business, but this is the main economic pattern of coal has not yet been changed.This article will use the literature method to collect the previous research data, through the individual interview to understand the industry situation, using the case study method to the non coal business development of Shanxi Ji Zhong in the energy mining group has carried on the research. In this paper, the review of relevant theoretical and development of non coal business, and then discusses the Shanxi JiZhong Energy Mining Group non coal business development status, of Shanxi Jizhong in the energy and mining group non coal business, the development of the existing problems and analysis based on the proposed Shanxi Jizhong Energy Mining non coal business development optimization design. Finally, the paper discusses the Shanxi Jizhong Energy Mining Group, non implementation of the coal business development strategy and guarantee measure. Research conclusion: Shanxi Jizhong Energy Mining Group non coal business development should pass coal- related enterprises in the diversification of, extending coal industry chain, vigorously develop the downstream industry,through adjusting the strategy for the development of the enterprise, realize coal enterprise non coal business development strategy transformation; increase investment in non coal business, promote and support of Shanxi Jizhong Energy Economy Transformation and the spanning development, changing Shanxi Jizhong energy reliance on coal energy, and can be through the financial security, human resources and social security, technology security,system security, to ensure the orderly implementation of the strategic mode of non coal business. The purpose of this paper is to provide references for the future development of non coal industry in Shanxi Jizhong, which is based on the study of non coal business development of China's energy and mining group.
