Along with social environment changing and family business developing rapidly, as well as females itself having the management predominance, more and more females start to go out the family. And they walk into the society, Therefore female members start gradually to increase in Chinese family business. Because of their feminine sex characteristic and multiple roles the feminine clan members have faced a series of predicament and conflicts after entering the family business. The researchers start to put more and more attention on how the feminine members did deal with the relation of the family,sentiment and business.First, the article presents comprehensively the basic theories in the areas of the family business and the researches on female, which can help the female family member to exercise their management predominance. they can find the proper"balance point"between the family—business by combining their herself characteristic with different stage of the business. Second, the study presents the dilemmas of female family member such as sex discrimination; sex role conflict; psychological conflict. Then From the sociocultural biological and psychological scopes this paper analyses reasons why the female member are in dilemma .This also provides the prerequisites to help the female member in family business get rid of dilemmas .Based on this analysis the paper proposes some countermeasures to conquer the obstacles. First female family member should exert sex predominance, which integrates business characteristic to form her unique management. Second ideology and culture of the female in society should be updated.
