With the market economy environment change, the optimization of family enterprises management strategy and the social status of female improve, female family business succession. They rely on their own unique advantages, gradually break the bondage of traditional inherent family role, actively integrate into the family enterprise operation and management, as the burden of family business leaders. As entrepreneurs, they are wealthy, prominent, passionate, brilliant, But, according to Beijing research and psychological crisis intervention center written records show that there have been thousands of women entrepreneurs who committed suicide, it may show that women entrepreneurs group synthetic happiness index is not high. Theoretical study of female family business succession well-being is very scarce. The main purpose of this study was to explore the internal and external factors in female family business successor of happiness.According to the research content and research object, this paper mainly adopts the public data collection method, the classical grounded theory method, On the basis of the integration of existing information resources, searching for the right starting point and research tools, construct the theoretical model. Finally to the discussion of the results of the study and put forward the corresponding Suggestions. Through the empirical analysis and test, this paper concludes the results of the study are:Firstly, through the comparison and study found, this study thinks that the main influence factors affect women’s successor well-being can be summarized as four aspects: work family balance, life satisfaction, competitive and relationship network; Which work family balance, life satisfaction, competitive factors, summarized as organization network inductive factors of external competitiveness for the organization.Secondly, the competitive factors within the organization(including work-family balance, life satisfaction, competition) is a successful succession of family business and built to last. She and salary income, education and other factors influencing the ordinary working women happiness is different, for women’s successor for this special "rich second generation", they are wealthy, have been living personality independence, the demand for money and wealth are weak; In addition, family and social expectations or shoulder the family sense of responsibility a successor women faced with enormous pressure source.Thirdly, organizational external competitiveness covers two aspects of interpersonal relationship and social relationship network. It is the enterprise to carry out foreign economic and trade activities, form the hub link of social influence.Fourthly, the last factor that affect women’s successor happiness actually is a closely linked to the overall structure, together to "from what respect to evaluate women entrepreneurs luckily not happiness," the main basis.
