In the "twelfth five-year" development planning, explicitly pointed out that high-end equipment manufacturing industry is need to foster and develop. It is great strategic significance that to speed up the transformation of the pattern of economic development, and implementation from "made in China" to "created in China". As a pillar industry, the equipment manufacturing industry of Liaoning province has very important influence to technology research and production development of national equipment manufacturing industry?Economic develop very fast in China, but there is no much progress on technology innovation. Liaoning equipment manufacturing enterprises, which has a lot of problem, such as the lack of high-end products, external dependency industry innovation system is not sound?How to develop the innovation of equipment manufacturing enterprise and gain more competitive advantage in the complex dynamic environment, that has become many research scholars have focused on the problem, while that problem is what this paper is going to study.Paper uses the way of combining the theoretical analysis and practical research, researching on the dynamic environment, the impact of the knowledge-based dynamic capability and independent innovation ability of Liaoning equipment manufacturing enterprise. The main research and results are as follows.(1) Based on the collection and analysis of the theory of literature, theory on the relations of the influence of between knowledge-based dynamic ability and enterprise independent innovation ability, which is deduced under the effect of dynamic environment. First, through literature collection and integration, there are some mainly factors influence the Liaoning equipment manufacturing enterprises independent innovation ability, such as technology innovation, absorption and development capacity, and the dynamic variation of the environment. In the changing environment, promote the research and development on innovation capacity of technology is based on promote the process of knowledge-based dynamic ability. As you can see, through the analysis of the definition of knowledge-based dynamic ability, it is a process of independent innovation that the enterprise acquisition, growth, and integration of knowledge resources. So there have a certain influence between the Liaoning equipment manufacturing enterprise independent innovation ability and knowledge-based dynamic ability, which is the focus of the paper to study the content.(2) Built relationship model of enterprise independent innovation ability and knowledge-based dynamic ability, with the environment as regulating variable. In this paper, sample data of the questionnaire has carried on the descriptive analysis of, the validity and reliability analysis and correlation analysis, which indicate the design of the questionnaire is practical and effective. The variable regression analysis of test results is as follows. Dynamic of technology and dynamic of market were divided into the circumstances of smooth and fast, that is to research on knowledge acquisition, knowledge creation and knowledge integration of the influence change to enterprise independent innovation potential ability and enterprise independent innovation output capacity.
