A Study On Building And Appliaction Of Project Management Maturety Model In Construction Corporation

With construction projects become increasingly complex, enterprise project management capacity has become a successful project implementation was an important factor. More and more enterprises have been as a project management in today's highly competitive and complex environment in which to maintain the competitive edge of the key strategies. Various organizations in the efforts to develop their project management capabilities for its own strategic services, what is the first thing to do, how can a destination, step by step toward maturity issues such as the organization gradually being put on the manager's agenda.Project management maturity model(PMMM)is a method and tool of helping the project management organization to assessment and improving the project management ability by itself.As the project-leading enterprises that own lots of construction projects, construction enterprises strongly need raise their ability of project management. On the base of CMM, this paper analyses K-PMMM, discusses the relation of the project in the enterprise and the maturity model and builds the evaluation target system of the construction enterprise PMMM and put forward the significance and basic way on adoption PMMM. At last, the evaluation method of the model level is discussed with an example.This paper is an important theory support for the construction enterprise to raise the project management ability and is more important on direction the enterprise to make the development and manufacture vitrification, standardization and forcing running.
