Building Communications Construction Enterprise Project Management Capability Maturity Model

Under the strategy guidance of "Informationization to promote industrialization" in our country, the communication industry has used the project management thoughts and ideas tocommunication engineering project management. But, the level of the project management is still lag behind other industry relatively. In the current conditions of rapid development of the economic, the project need to ensure project engineering construction cycle, reduce the cost, ensure the guarantee quality, this makes communication engineering project management faces a severe test.Therefore, in view of communication engineering project is a need to establish continuous improvement and improving project management skills, in order to improve the mechanism of Chinese communication engineering project management skills. This paper tried to introduce communication engineering project and project management theory, combined with the maturity explore communication engineering project management maturity model, achieving the goals of China’s communication engineering project management level of ascension and providing certain theoretical basis.This paper mainly studies the capability maturity model theory of enterprise project management in communication industry. First of all, the paper introduced the domestic and international project management and project management capability maturity model based on the review of several common. Then, the paper analyzed the difference of project management capability maturity models, so people can understand the system comprehensive of the project management capability maturity model. The paper put more attention to the structure analysis on them, and then analyzed the characteristic of the communications enterprise project, and researched the constructer and deficiencies. The paper focused on the structure of maturity model, the grade and elements of communication, then researched the enterprise project management evaluation factors and maturity index was discussed in the paper. Finally, through the examples, communications enterprise project management maturity model was analyzed.
