Construction And Empirical Study On The Project Index Model Of Construction Enterprise Activity Under The Condition Of Non-intersection Of Activities

Under the new normal of project environment with volatility,uncertainty,complexity and ambiguity,the practice development of China’s projects has been at the forefront of the world,and our theoretical development requirements for the project are becoming higher and higher.Under the fierce market competition environment,Construction Enterprise as a typical project-oriented enterprise is facing great pressure.Project management concept as an advanced management method has attracted.However,the level of development of project management in China is uneven,and there is a lack of quantitative tools to measure the application level of project management in various functional departments.Therefore,this thesis takes the basic department of Construction Enterprise as the research object,and constructs the project index model and the project maturity matrix in an exploratory manner.The research work of this thesis mainly focuses on the following four aspects:first,through the relevant literature research and expert interviews,the evaluation system containing two factors and a total of 12 indexes is established,and the weight calculation is carried out through the expert scoring method of expert pairwise comparison judgement.Second,in the form of the product of two factors,the activity Project index model under the condition of non-crossover is constructed,and taking the basic department of Construction Enterprise as an example,the raw data is obtained by means of questionnaire survey,and the calculation of the project activity index of each department is carried out to provide the basis for the determination of the degree of project.Third,through the clustering analysis of the scores of each factor and the index of the project,the horizontal comparison of the degree of project between departments and the degree of project between individual activities is realized.Four,put forward the concept of project maturity,according to the results of cluster analysis,build a project maturity matrix based on Boston Matrix,analyze the project maturity ladder of the basic departments of construction enterprises,and provide the basis for the formulation of management measures for managers.The research of this thesis realizes the horizontal comparison of the project degree of the basic department of the Construction Enterprise,which has practical value for improving the project management level and improving the management efficiency.This model is not only suitable for the field of construction,but also has theoreticalsignificance and reference value for other industries.
