Research On Whole Process Credit Risk Management Model In Foreign Trade Enterprises Of China

Recently, with the fast development of China's marketing economy and international trade, credit trade becomes the main settlement for foreign trade enterprises during international business negotiation and getting more orders. Subsequently, the risk of credit selling is increasing. How to control and manage the credit risk of foreign trade enterprises , build an effective risk management model is very important for strategy management. This thesis is based on research of credit risk management, with the method of theory and cases analyzing. Beginning with the concept of risk management, this thesis researches the concept and development of credit risk management, analyses the reason of the cause of credit risk of foreign trade enterprises , comparatively researches the character of credit risk management between Chinese and foreign corporations, puts forward the manage model which is suitable for Chinese corporations- through credit risk management. This thesis analyses the technical control method and relevant system for each steps in credit selling of foreign trade enterprises in details. Importantly, research the reality and effect of building through credit risk management for foreign trade enterprises which is considered not only controlling the credit risk, increasing the return of credit account, but also increasing the communication between foreign trade enterprises and clients. This thesis uses the case of RX corporation in Shandong Province, further declares the effect of through credit risk management for foreign trade enterprises.
