Analysis And Countermeasures To Risks Of Credit Sales Of The Small And Medium Foreign-trade Enterprises In China

With the increasing growth of the import and export trade,Chinese foreign trade enterprises face more enterprises face more severe credit risk.Disputes caused by credit fraud,breach default,etc.are playing a negative role in the further development of China's foreign trade enterprises in which credit risk has been highlighted,especially in those Small and Medium Enterprises(SME) which are of a great number and weak in resisting risks.Therefore,how to effectively carry out export credit risk management and reduce losses becomes particularly important for these Small and Medium Enterprises.The related theoretic research in credit risk management study in developed countries dates back to scores of years ago and has formed a relatively sound credit risk management system,while such studies in our country began rather late and relatively insufficient.This paper focuses on the export trade credit risk issues.Through the research and analysis,the anther means to make the small and medium foreign trade enterprises in China aware and learn(1) The objectivity foreign trade risks and the importance of credit risk management;(2) Credit risk can be effectively avoided so as to minimize the losses; (3) Specific measures to foreign trade credit risk management.In this paper,by using the qualitative and quantitative approach and the comprehensive analysis of theory and empirical approach,the auther draws on overseas credit risk management theory and models in hope for looking for the solutions to deal with foreign trade credit risk for the small and medium enterprises in China.
