Market economy is credit economy in some meaning. No credit, no basic of business, this kind of conception having been exists for decades in western countries, also be widely accepted and agreed.The credit management problem is not only a new domain in the investigation of Chinese economic theory research but also the great puzzle during the operation of practical economy in china. People pay more and more attention, but little work has been done to investigate the credit management problem about Chinese foreign trade. Foreign trade plays very important and active role in our national economy, especially after entered WTO, raises higher requires upon foreign trade enterprises. And the complexity in the course of foreign trade enterprises dealing with its economic affairs decided that the enterprises will face various risks. Now the risk of credit appears apparently, which brings disturbance and confusion for foreign trade enterprises, and become obstacles for further rapid development. For this reason the thesis generalized the relative concepts and theories of management, also includes several popular credit models in the world; then summerized the real existent problems and the causes of these problems of credit risk management about Chinese foreign trade enterprises; built up enterprise's credit risk measure model, analyzed the real case by that. Then adopted methods of the combination of normal analysis and empirical analysis, used of foreign theories and models of credit risk management for reference; combined the characteristics of Chinese foreign trade, tried to design the system of customer's credit risk management about Chinese foreign trade enterprises and emphasized the construction and application of customer credit evaluation and control flow, let it be assured at the aspects of organization construction, offered a set of operable methods, techniques and management system for strengthening customer's credit risk management. At the last, explained the importance of credit culture in credit management, tried to melt the credit management's conception into the enterprise soul, become a part of core competitiveness.The thesis mainly probes deeply into the following aspects.(1) give objective analysis for customer credit by risk measure model, also benefited by workable analysis system.(2) assure credit management by the construction of organization system.
