Research Of Tianjin TOYOTA Motor Limited Company Construction Project Management Mode

TOYOTA Production System (TPS) is a special management style which has been promoted by several TOYOTA generations for almost 60 years. After taking part in the 3 projects of Tianjin TOYOTA Motor Company, I think it is very useful for domestic construction project management that we give it study on TOYOTA construction project management mode.Firstly, the article studied the current international and domestic construction project management modes. From the view of construction manager, the article researched the Tianjin TOYOTA construction mode in the aspects of feasible research\ schedule management\ quality management\ design management and supplier management. Then, after analyzing the success and failing of Tianjin TOYOTA project, the article made a conclusion on success degree of B, and then analyzed the achievement of the projects. After these research, the article evaluated the mode with pointing out the merits on"KANBAN"\ design communication\ win-win with supplier\ detail quality management and the defects on schedule control\ time-quality-cost analyze\ safety and environment protection\ risk management and so on. At last, after giving suggestions on Tianjin TOYOTA construction project management mode, the article pointed out that we should absorb the merits of the mode and improve our construction project management level on studying foreign experience\ supplier win-win management\ refusing image construction and detail quality management and so on.Tianjin TOYOTA construction project management mode enriched the traditional construction project management mode, and it is very useful for our construction project management.
