Infrastructure Construction is the important basis of a country or a region has the complete infrastructure,and the economy can have the long-term steady development.The country always is the investment subject in a very long time,with the reform and opening up,the social capital has been gradually relax controlled and entered into the infrastructure field.At this situation,the traditional project contracting modes have been changed,PPP(Public-private Partnership: public and private partnership or public and private joint management,it is also called the public-private cooperation)project contracting mode has been gradually become the main contracting mode in the infrastructure construction field,which is preferred by the local government at various levels.Due to the form of investment subject is changed,the government at various levels also change their policies,management forms and participants.The project management is changed with the large environment and small environment,the enterprises also constantly update their own management.So that the new mode is formed,which is shown that the market is changed,the enterprises adapt to the improvement,the market is changed again and the enterprises adapt to the improvement again.In order to let everybody more understand the PPP project management mode,this paper made the works as below:1.Introduced the developing current status of the domestic and overseas project contracting modes and management,so that the main content of this paper was led to.2.Analyzed and compared with the PPP project management mode and the traditional management mode have the same points and difference on all aspects;3.Took the Chengdu-Chongqing expressway multiple line(Chongqing territory)as the example,made the detailed introduction of the main content of PPP project management.4.Took the Chengdu-Chongqing expressway multiple line(Chongqing territory)as the example,it made the detailed analysis of the solution for PPP project may happen the management of the key problems and the sudden problems in the management process.5.Carried out the conclusion of the content of this paper,and looked into the future developing trend.
