Chaos Theory originates from complexity science, which emphasizes system theory and integral prospective, the relationship between system's chance and creativity, also the systematic components'nonlinear connection, which studies the emergence derived from the systematic components'interaction. Chaos Theory's viewpoints have an effect on the theory and practice of management science, which are distinct with the traditional scientific thoughts. It makes an effort to apply the correlative principles of Chaos Theory to the research of theory and practice of enterprise human resource management in the thesis.The thesis conceives establishing the theoretical skeleton of enterprise human resource chaos management using Chaos Theory for reference. It introduces chaos management thinking and expounds the correlative enterprise system's meaning by analogue. It deduces the contents of human resources management on the basis of the theory, and then concludes the several correlative human resource management problems, at the same time qualitatively analyses one aspect of the human resources functional management as a supplement.This thesis conducts relative enterprise human resource management research on two questions. The first is that what the thinking of enterprise human resource management should be under the thinking of chaos theory and the chaotic competitive environment, which formula establishes the correlative chaotic management theory of enterprise system. The second is that human resource management should include the new management contents, methods and means'improvement which is different from itself under the linear thinking. Business strategy and enterprise culture as singular attractors stipulate the boundary of human resources management and the fractal organizational structure regulates the enterprise system's chaotic structure. Then human resource chaos management makes the enterprise evolve into self-adaptive organization, which the enterprise is due to the state of enterprise acquiring continuous vitality and creativity. Actually, it refers to the prompting of and the due strategy of human resource chaos management. Moreover, the instrumental improvement refers to the human resource function management-human resource forecast in human resource planning. Enterprise human resource management based on chaos management theory put forward"the systematic humanity management"and expounds several questions on the hypothesis of the"complexity human". The foregoing discuss is the paper's research outcomes.The research result not only helps to enrich the fundamental theory and means system of the combination of complexity system science and management science, but also extends to human resource management, hoping to push the correlative research to advanced level.
