In recent years, the market has demonstrated to us the strong demand for educational training, family training schools then have emerged at this historic moment. It can be considered as "the family business" in the educational training industry, with the most extensive state of survival. At present, the family business has been specifically studied in detail both in the theoretical circle and in the research community, however, with the same private nature as well as the same family system, the educational training, in fact, has failed to draw sufficient attention. Unfortunately, there is actually very little research on this theme.Therefore, this paper will focus on the family training school, which has the same nature of private economy as the family business, together with the theoretical studies both at home and abroad as the background. On the basis of the family business theory, the human assumption as well as the motivation theory, it will also propose several ways to establish an effective incentive mechanism pattern so as to reduce the brain drain from family training schools by developing its human resource management.Using the method of the case analysis, considering the incentive mechanism as a breakthrough point, this paper will eventually give some suggestions on motivational practices, such as the salary motivation, family members' withdraw motivation, professional manager motivation, equity motivation, organizational cultural motivation, working richness motivation, and flexible working hours motivation. It's expected that the given incentive mechanism can give a solution to the human resource problems in Chengdu WL School and also can provide certain reference value for other family training schools in Chengdu.
