With the arrival of our family business "succession era", the intergenerational inheritance of family business issues began to be widely studied. In recent years, scholars have used different ways of the case study literature or theoretical deduction to explore the theory, but research is still significantly behind the enterprise of family business inheritance. Existing of family business research focused on intergeneration al of heritage elements, inheritance pattern, heritage performance, successor selection and training etc. These theoretical results are more scattered, lacking of digging its inner mechanism. It is no attention that the worthy question of overall research of successor ability training and family business intergenerational heritage process in organic combination.The nature of intergenerational inheritance of family businesses is the elements inheritance, especially entrepreneurs individual ability factors, such as entrepreneurs tacit knowledge, entrepreneurs relationship network, entrepreneur spirit, entrepr-eneurs authority, which form the main obstacles of the inheritance. This paper is based on this, a revolution is the process of the family business Inheritance, what key inheritance elements of the successor ability, how exist inheritage obstacles of these elements, how to overcome these obstacles to ensure intergenerational inheritage can be smooth and successful conduct and other research purposes. Based on methods of case studies, it is a in-depth exploratory research for the Inheritance process of the typical family business in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.In this study, the intergenerational inheritance issues remain to be resolved in the background. Based on the perspective of resource dependence theory, the paper is study of the successor ability training issues of family business intergenerational inheritance, through constructing the successor ability training mechanism to solve the intergenerational inheritance obstacles. This study attempts to establish and verification such the logical way:"Entrepreneurs tacit knowledge—Entrepreneur relationship network—Entrepreneur spirit—Entrepreneur authority", The element of Entrepreneurs tacit knowledge、Entrepreneur relationship networking、Entrepreneur spirit and the entrepreneur authority is necessary to develop the ability of successor, but they also have a heritage obstacles.Entrepreneurs tacit knowledge、Entrepreneur networks that exist heritage obstacles can be overcome through certain training mechanisms; Entrepreneurs authority、Entrepreneurship is difficult to directly obtained in this regard, training this ability mainly rely on learning by doing. The conclusions of this study can not only verification existing theories, but also improve the existing theoretical results, what is more, it can give the guidance to the process of intergenerational inheritage of family businesses in Inner Mongolia.
