Research On Supply Chain Cooperation Mechanism Based On The View Of Product Quality Flaw

As a kind of new management thoughts, Supply Chain Management emphasizes the cooperation between Suppliers,Manufacturers,Distributors,Retailers and Customers to satisfy the demand of customers with minimum cost. Under the Supply Chain conditions, production is manufactured by cooperation of all the Supply Chain corporations and, therefore, the quality of products and services in the Supply Chain need all of members of the Supply Chain to ensure.In the realistic economic activities, because of the different qualities in different corporations, there may be quality mistakes in Supply Chain productions .All the corporations pay attention to their ability to substandard quality of products and quality defects ,they have explicit evaluation standard to deal with them, and Theoretical research and realistic practice have more in depth. But Supply Chain corporations don't care of quality flaw enough and it is difficult to quantitative the quality cost caused by the product quality flaw and its responsibility. Product quality flaw is becoming an important factor which influences the stability of the Supply Chain cooperation.Based on the above mentioned research context, this thesis first overview the research status of Supply Chain cooperation mechanism and analysis the particularity of the product quality flaw and the influence to the Supply Chain cooperation mechanism, then research on external quality costs caused by product quality flaw in quantitative methods, and further more analysis the sharing ratio of the cost caused by product quality flaw between manufacturers and distributors and analysis the sharing ratio's ability to keep the stability of the Supply Chain cooperation and maximize the economic benefits of the Supply Chain in the dynamic game theory of complete information. At last, this thesis analyses the way to reduce the quality flaw, the special assets to enhance the stability of the Supply Chain cooperation.The main contents and results of this thesis are following:(1) To define the product quality flaw and analysis the impact to the supply chain collaboration. Different from Substandard products and defected products , the product quality flaw will cause the credibility of enterprises,economic resources and a huge loss of customers. This thesis researches on the impact of the mechanism in details.(2) To quantitative study of product quality costs caused by the quality flaw of the supply chain. Because of the special of product flaw, it will greatly reduce the customer's satisfaction, therefore, we use the reduce of the customer Assets to asset losses caused to approximate quantitative measure of product quality defects to the losses caused by the supply chain.(3) To research on the sharing ratio of the costs caused by product quality flaw between manufacturers and distributors. As the losses caused by the quality flaw is very difficult to asset, so how to allocate the losses caused by quality flaw in various corporations in a rational way will affect the stability of the Supply Chain. This thesis determines a reasonable proportion of allocation by comparing the suppliers and manufacturers'detection levels and the costs of the levels. (4) To use game theory to proof the sharing ratio's ability to keep the stability of the Supply Chain collaboration and maximize the Economic benefits of the Supply Chain. Since the supply chain can theoretically achieve the greatest gains, corporations in supply chain can get more benefit than they done alone. So every corporation has the enthusiasm to be a member of the supply chain, and enhance the stability of the supply chain.The innovation of this thesis lies in the research on the Supply Chain Mechanism on the view of quality cost caused by product quality flaw. To quantitative study on the external fault cost which is caused by product quality flaw and point out that the supplies'sharing rate between the supply chain corporations. Use dynamic game theory of complete information to confirm that the mechanism can maximize the efficiency of the supply chain. This mechanism is different from previous studies that attribute the responsibility of product quality cost to a single enterprise in the supply chain. At the same time it has the significant meaning in enhance the manager's awareness of quality economic management and economic analysis capabilities.
