With the development and globalization of the economy, the competition among enterprises is a clear shift to competition between the supply chains, as well as logistics industry. Logistics service supply chain as an important part of service supply chain, had a rapid development as well as attracted attention of researchers. With the continuous development of the logistics industry, then have the formation of logistics service supply chain, which refers to the integration of logistics service providers as the core enterprises, logistics service providers to integrate logistics resources, provide logistics services to ensure the logistics operation of product supply chain. Logistics service quality level has a crucial impact on the operation of logistics service supply chain.In order to better resist the pressure of competition, companies have to cooperate, and join the logistics service supply chain management, establish a good working relationship and common relationship to maintain a high quality, and enhance their overall competitiveness, at the same time the coordinated development of the supply chain can be made fully information sharing, complementary resources to promote the companies jointly benefit. Supply chain partnership quality is directly related to the success of the entire supply chain operations management, logistics service quality is a key factor in inter-enterprise supply chain relationship quality impact, and the quality of the relationship between enterprises in turn directly affects the logistics service supply chain quality monitoring behavior. Therefore, considering the relationship quality perspective to study the logistics service quality monitoring behavior between enterprises of supply chain has considerable practical and theoretical value.Based on the analysis of the existing literature home and abroad, firstly, sort out the definitions, the main features and other aspects of service supply chain and logistics service supply chain, then introduced the definition of the relationship quality and each dimension included by the relationship quality between companies, followed by introduction of logistics service quality aspects to relationship quality, which concluded that the logistics service quality directly affects the relationship quality. Then, using game theory to establish a logistics service supply chain collaboration and quality control model of a two-level, multi-level logistics service supply chain collaboration and quality control model, combined with the relationship quality to explore the affects of logistics service supply chain. Then provided important reference for improving the quality of logistics services to ensure the normal operation of supply chain logistics services. Finally, on the basis of the traditional Nash equilibrium, comparative analyzed the output of the competition game and cooperative game, then draw the conclusion that the interests of the enterprises and the whole logistics service supply chain are the largest, which is the best choice for enterprises, then provided the basis and reference for the relevant decision-makers.
