Manufacturing Technology Transformation Mode, Transformation Path And It's Matching Analysis: Analysis Based On Zhejiang Province

Recently, research on how to improve industry and corporation competitiveness become a hot topic, research results bust out on how to improve enterprise inner technology capability, expanding innovation achievement. In short, purpose on those researches mostly focused on how to improve industry, enterprise technology, develop industry, enterprise technology efficiency.By comparing Zhejiang Province with other provinces, results show that the technical efficiency of Zhejiang province is as the same level as others, Then analysis technical efficiency by using Stochastic frontier find that manufacturing technical efficiency of Zhejiang province keep decreasing in recent years. It is necessary for Zhejiang Province to adjust the industrial structure if technical efficiency want to be improved. After analyzing the internal industrial structure of Zhejiang Province, we propose the corresponding adjustment direction similar as that of Shanghai and Guangdong Province that is, improving the development of capital intensive industry. The clustering analysis shows that it is feasible to adjust some low efficient ones in traditional industry, such as Food and beverage manufacturing, printing, paper, rubber products, non-metallic mineral to the industrials that can improve the technical efficiency, such as electrical machinery, electronic communications, transportation, oil processing, non-ferrous metals, and special equipment, instruments, chemical raw materials, chemical fiber, black metal, leather fur, pharmaceutical etc.In order to solve the problem we proposed, this article raised two transformation modes, leap mode and linear mode; four transformation paths, import and export trade, attract foreign direct invest, human resource including absorption invest, internal R&D invest, and by using macroeconomic data to make empirical researches on the exist of transformation mode and effectiveness of transformation paths, and against the problem induced on transformation we proposed to invest more on human resource improvement.In further research, this article further research the matching of this two transformation mode and four transformation paths based on enterprise technology capability by using two manufacturing enterprise in Zhejiang province. proposed that for the enterprise with low technology capability when using linear mode to transformation the paths choosing is more considerable by using technology import, communication with other enterprises and consult the experts, and for the enterprise with high technology capability using independent innovation, cooperation production and attract skilled talents is more suitable, for one with high technology capability and using leap to transformation it is more attractive to use import technology, Joint ventures, advisory and attract skilled talents.
